For a fastest weight loss plan, you should add a diet menu to your complete routine. Without the proper diet, you'll see results but it'll take time. What kind of food you can eat?

One thing you have to remember, cutting down carbs and adding protein work wonders. You'll be surprised to see the results with this tip.

Another thing is that thinking in terms of calories does help sometime. Most of the calories that you take are coming from the carb-ed food. Things like pasta, cola and other stuff is giving you too much carbs and adding too many calories. You can just start cutting down on it.

I recommend following a natural eating plan. It's simple to understand and implement. You do not eat anything that you cannot eat naturally (i.e. chips, cola). All of this junk food is making you fat.
